DIVERSITY WALKING TOURS
AND
HIKE!
Spring Diversity Weekend on SAT 4-14-07, long
time residents Steve Beacham and Bill King will
lead walking tours in the downtown area of
historic Eureka Springs and hosts Sam Evans and
Bryan Manire will act as guides for a hike in
the beautiful Lake Leatherwood area. Bring your
cameras – great photo ops! |

10am - 11am
Steve’s Tour will meet in Basin Park and go up
East Mountain. This walk will include Little
Lake Eureka, history of several homes on the
walk and 3 springs, up to the East Mountain Over
Look, down Jacobs Ladder and back to Basin Park.
* Take a lunch break
at a couple of our family owned restaurants in
the area! The New Delhi Cafe or The Eureka Swiss Cafe.

12:30pm - 2pm
Bill’s
Tour
will meet at
Basin Park
and travel
along the Historic Loop, include several
springs, history of town and homes, up to
Observation Deck at the Crescent Hotel and back
to Basin Park. |

3:30pm - 5pm
Sam and Bryan’s
Hike
will meet
in the Lake Leatherwood Parking Lot
will include exploring the trails, the quarry
and cross the Dam at beautiful Lake Leatherwood.
